Hailing from Montreal, Canada, Dr. Jonathan M. Abenaim is the founder of Jonathan Dental Spa, where dentistry is elevated to a seamless fusion of science, technology, and artistry. Sven Bone

Biography
Dr. Sven Bone is a highly skilled prosthodontist based in Bozeman, Montana. His practice focuses on patients with complex needs, tooth-borne, and implant-based full mouth rehabilitations.
Danny Domingue
DDS, DABOI
Biography
Dr. Daniel Domingue graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and obtained his DDS degree in 2007.
After Dental School he went on to a three year in advanced training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he served as Chief Resident of the Dental and Oral Surgery Department. His training included one year in General Practice Residency and two years in Dental Implantology Fellowship.
During these years, he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for outstanding leadership in Implant Dentistry, a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and an Associate Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in New York City.
After residency and during his first years in private practice Dr. Domingue was awarded the Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology in Las Vegas, NV, the highest award possible for a general dentist practicing implantology. He was also recognized as the youngest recipient of this award in the entire world.
He was later given a Mastership and Diplomate award from the International Congress of Oral Implantology in New York City for his outstanding work in Implant Dentistry and a Fellowship award from The American Academy of Implant Dentistry in Phoeniz, AZ. Dr. Domingue is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Acadiana District Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and is the Founder and President of Acadiana Southern Society.
His most notable achievement, in 2021, was inventing the Vortex ScrewTM for direct to MUA used by clinicians worldwide all successfully while working with engineers in his implant only dental lab La Dental Implant Lab. Finally, in 2024 he won the MegaMind award for USA and competed in top 8 for the World in Nice France.
Dr. Domingue currently resides in Lafayette, LA with his wife, Megan, and daughter, Danielle. He practices in an implant referral practice (http://www.acadianadentistry.com/).
He is past president of the Acadiana District Dental Association, and current president of Acadiana Southern Society. He is a member of AAID, ICOI, ABOI, ADA, LDA, and ASS.
Brandon Kofford
DMD, MS, FACP
Biography
Dr. Kofford is a 2008 graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s School of Dental Medicine.
He completed his Prosthodontics residency with the United States Air Force (USAF) at Lackland Air Force Base, Wilford Hall Medical Center, MacKown Dental Clinic in 2011, as well as earning his master’s degree in biology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
He served 6 years with the USAF and achieved the rank of Major. He has been in private practice in Cary, North Carolina, since 2014. He is a partner in 7 dental practices and a full-service dental laboratory.
In 2018, Dr. Kofford and Charles Rudisill developed the Smart Denture Conversions Separable Fastener technology, which was introduced to the market in 2019.
Dan Rosen
DDS
Biography
Dr. Dan Rosen earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tel Aviv and completed his residency in oral surgery in Israel before establishing a private practice in California in 1990. Today he operates three implant and restorative dentistry offices in the Los Angeles area.
A Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implants, Dr. Rosen holds four U.S. patents spanning dental implant systems, zygomatic implant instrumentation, and surgical drill technology. He is the inventor of the Rosen Screw — a solution developed to address prosthetic screw loosening in full-arch implant restorations — as well as the Rosen Tray, Rosen MUA, and Rosen Implant Driver.
Dr. Rosen has trained more than 400 clinicians worldwide in the placement of zygomatic and pterygoid implants, with hands-on courses delivered across the U.S. and Brazil. He previously spent seven years teaching implant dentistry throughout China in partnership with MIS. A continuing education provider licensed by the Dental Board of California since 2005, he remains an active mentor to clinicians seeking advanced implant training.
He lectures fluently in English, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, and Farsi.
Minh Tran
RDT
Biography
Minh Tran, RDT is a Canadian dental technician based in Windsor, Ontario. He has worked in the dental laboratory field since 2006, with his core expertise in CAD/CAM technology and digital workflows. As one of the earliest adopters of the 3Shape Dental System in Canada, Minh brings nearly two decades of practical experience and innovation to the profession.
Minh is an author, lecturer, trainer, speaker, consultant, and technical advisor, and he has collaborated with many of the industry’s most respected companies, including 3Shape, Asiga, Argen, core3dcentres North America, Elos Medtech, Ivoclar, Henry Schein, Pritidenta, DAL, Sierra Dental, Abutment Direct, Straumann, and Medentika.
He has contributed to the dental community through his work on advisory committees, published articles, and editorial board positions for leading industry publications such as Spectrum, Inside Dental Technology (IDT), LMT, and DTG Magazine. Minh is an active member of professional organizations and study clubs including the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the American Prosthodontic Society, where he currently serves on both the membership and communications committees.
Minh is also the founder of DentalTechTips, an independent digital platform dedicated to the dental laboratory industry. The site offers unbiased product reviews, technique tutorials, workflow tips, and insights into the latest technologies and trends shaping the future of dental technology.
With a global perspective and a reputation for clarity, innovation, and real-world practicality, Minh’s presentations consistently deliver value to both seasoned professionals and emerging technicians. He is committed to advancing the profession by combining precise digital methodology with hands-on expertise.

Frank Charles Pope
Frank-Charles Pope is a dental technologist, entrepreneur, and educator with more than four decades of experience in implant dentistry and full arch rehabilitation.
Born in France, he began his career with a three-year National Dental Technology program in Nice. Seeking advanced esthetic training, he studied ceramic techniques under respected masters in France, Germany, Japan, and the United States.
In 1995, Frank-Charles joined a prominent esthetic laboratory in Northern California, where his technical expertise and leadership led to his appointment as Vice President. During this period the laboratory experienced significant growth, expanding from approximately 50 employees to more than 700. Throughout his career he has trained and mentored hundreds of technicians, designers, and laboratory managers.
In 2009, Frank-Charles founded Allure Dental Studio in Tracy, California. The laboratory quickly gained national recognition for its work in implant prosthetics and full arch rehabilitation.
Frank-Charles is also the founder of Conmetior, a company focused on developing thoughtfully designed clinical instruments that simplify implant workflows and improve mechanical reliability in dentistry. He is recognized as the driving force behind the acclaimed Conmetior VDO gauge and is also one of the principal inventors of the implantBox, which was later acquired by BioHorizons and evolved into the widely used TeethXpress and CaseXpress system.
A recognized authority in All on X full arch treatment, Frank-Charles has participated in thousands of chairside conversions and regularly collaborates with surgeons to guide complex implant cases. He is also the co-founder of FI3LD Dental Solutions, a digital ecosystem integrating facial scanning, augmented reality, and digital workflows designed to streamline full arch treatment.
Through decades of innovation, clinical collaboration, and mentorship, Frank-Charles Pope continues to contribute to the advancement of implant dentistry and digital treatment workflows.
